Christianity Under Attack --- by clothing logo???

I ran across this article about jeans in Sweden which sport a specifically anti-christian logo that are selling like hotcakes.

Lest you think that the logo is simply misunderstood by fundamentalists, there is a quote from the designer of the logo in the article.

From the article: "The jeans’ makers say it’s more of a joke, but the logo’s designer said there is a deeper message. 'It is an active statement against Christianity,' Bjorn Atldax told The Associated Press. 'I’m not a Satanist myself, but I have a great dislike for organized religion.' "

Well, I guess we should expect this sort of thing, but behind this is something real. The desire that the devil has to disrupt God's kingdom is real. The thing is, we need to recognize Christians are in enemy territory. We are the ones who are invading on a world that is lost in sin and trespass with a message that is antithetical to the purposes of the world as it exists now.

We should expect such messages as this, but more, we need to be more vocal about the message that this world is lost and unable to apprehend the reality of God and the need for salvation. When someone claims that this message is "evil" there is obviously a confusion. Perhaps those who wore the name Christian tend to show more sinner than saint, but the message is plainly and simply salvation by grace alone through faith alone.
